Naming The Dead

For awhile The Electric Company magazine had a feature like this where every month they'd print the names of some random subscribers on a coloring page near the back of the issue. Every month I'd get my little hopes up that this would be the month when I'd find my name listed among the lucky, famous few and every month I'd get those little hopes dashed upon the rocks of continued anonymity. But I'd always fight through the pain and color the page anyway. What a trooper I was!

Color Me Goofy

Hey, that's my name...

Hey, that's my name again! It's like somebody is trying to communicate with me across the decades.

Freaky puppy.

One time, some friends and me were at an amusement park and between us we laid down a couple hundred dollars on this game where you had to shoot Nerf balls at a stack of milk bottles and try to knock them over and we never could knock them all over, but we were just b. s.'ing and having a good time and the girl that was running the game couldn't believe that we weren't getting upset and yelling at her because we weren't winning and I realized what a crap job it must be to stand there all day and get yelled at by a bunch of dumbf***s because they didn't win a stuffed Tweety Bird.

Mouse On Haunted Hill

What I love about sticker books is the complete randomness of the things they choose to sticker-ize... as for instance, one mouse kid's hind leg.

I don't know why exactly, but I've always imagined that Morty and Ferdie grew up to become a pair of Leopold and Loeb type thrillkillers.

THE END

Or is it !?!?!?!?!
