The Amazing Spider-Thart

"Thart" - any work of art (painting, sculpture, bottle of sand, notebook full of poetry, etc.) purchased at a thrift store, ideally for .99 hopefully for no more than 4.99, usually accompanied by the person behind the check-out counter proclaiming "The frame's worth at least that much!" by way of justifying the price of something they never imagined anyone would buy.

Also, the sound effect used to indicate that Spider-Man is producing a piece of artwork with his web-shooters, as in: "Oh no! Doc Ock is about to marry Aunt May and the only thing that can stop him is a webwork reproduction of "Poet on a Mountain Top" by Chen Zhou!" THART!!

Here are two pieces of paint-by-number thart purchased for 1.99 each. But really, the frames are worth at least that much!
